What difference is miles-kilometers?

There is a shop that has a b16 swap for a pretty good deal, Im thinking about picking it up but the only problem is he says its a canadian car and they measure in kilometers not miles and he says the cluster says it has about 70k kilometers and Im not really sure what that is in miles? Anyone know?

example 120KMH X 5 devided by 8 = 75MPH
70000KM X 5 devided by 8 =43750 Mi
