If i repaint my car to another color, do I need to go through alot of paper work to change to color.

What do i need to know to change the color on the insurance??

 

i always thought u just had to go the the DMV and let them know,,,, thats about it

your probably gonna have to contact your insurance company about it and also dmv, i dont really know so free bump

 

I never told anyone and I've never gotten a ticket.

 

Its something you have to report to the DMV for sure, it's illegal if you dont, same with change of address i think.

 

well i know u have to report to the dmv 100% as my friend got a ticket for that, now isurance im not too sure but it would only make sense to do it if ur changing the color i.e. original color was red and now the car is white.

 

yeah go to the dmv so it can be changed on your registraion and title... its def a ticket if you registration is wrong happend to my friend..

 

just tell them it faded........to a completely different color..
