Default RPM'S R GOING NUTS

SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY 93 ACCORD, I HAVE A CAM GEAR IN THERE, AND WHEN THE CAR IS WARMED UP, ILL BE ON NEUTRAL AND THE RPMS WILL GO UP AND DOWN, UP AND DOWN ALL BY ITSELF BETWEEN 1000 AND 2000 UNTIL I ACCELERATE AGAIN. WHAT CAN IT BE.............

Could be idle air control valve too.... really not sure how to go about checking that though.

does the engine rev up and down or does the tac just move? it also could be the ignition coil.

My guess is it's the idle control valve. Tighten down the flathead screw to the top left of your throttle body inlet and your idle should stop jumping arround. It will take a whole 30 sec. to find out if that's the issue.
