If you can just "plug" a spoon chip in the ecu....i'd be out of business! lol...... It involves soldering/desoldering in a resistor, jumper, rom, eeprom, socket, and capacitors... But yes..if you have a virgin p28 ecu..it can be chipped to run dohc vtec motors. PM me if you have any questions on programs/chipping/etc.
