Default G2 Exhaust

Which would you run on a 93 GSR. I want a nice deep and quit tone.

Greddy SP no doubt!! Remember the yellow Civic DX/Si I drove? It had a Greddy exhaust and it sounded so nice.

depends on your setup. sp is a nice exhaust, but its small. I haven't see the new version, maybe its different.

But so far, out of everything I've seen and heard..... RS*R is the best. I couldn't be more happy with mine.

IMO the to 5 exhausts for G2's are:
5) HKS Sport (would be #2, except the piping is a bit small on part of it....but that is easily changed....best part of all is that the tips look very stock. Which IMO is awesome, better than any of the other exhausts on the list.)
4) DC sports
3) Thermal R&D
2) Greddy MX
1) RS*R

doood of your choices i'd get the greddy sp. its not that loud until you hit vtec and all the black stuff starts splashing out the tip.

Chalk one up for RSR exhaust. Very very high quality stuff. surprised to see a welded plate with serial number on each piece of the setup. Greddy 4-2-1 SS - Carsound 2.25 - RS*R very nice and sporty sound but not loud at all. Lots of compliments from friends on sporty sound of exhaust. The tip looks awesome as well. Slanted perfectly with inner and outer tip cut exactly perfect with the outer tip slightly rounded in. By the way, that price for under $500 is a steal. Pisses me off....

I have the RSR exhaust also, but can only give it a neutral rating. I love the look and sound of the exhaust, but the build quality was a little disappointing. Maybe mines was a fluke. Here's a couple pics of misaligned flanges on the extension piece:

those are all really nice exhausts. but on a G2 i'd go with the hks hiper. i like that N1 style on G2's.

i favor rs*r the most. hks hyper is nice too loud most of the time but performance wise its good. tannabe loud, i havnt driven a g2 with one on so i dont know what the performance on that feel like. thermal are pretty decent, quiet, and have the clean stock look to it, not a bad choice if u cant get your hand on rs*r.

I have a '93 Ls with a B16a swap and a Thermal exhaust and it sounds really nice, with a deep tone, not like those rice burner with those canalope shooting tips, that you can hear a mile away. The RS*R exhaust it sweet too

My neighbor used to have a Thermal as well and it sounded awesome and looked clean. Gotta love the slanted N1 style look of the Thermal. But it was too loud for my taste. I can't have a loud drone on freeways as I like to listen to music. RS*R w/ carsound and Greddy 4-2-1 for me

I'll post some pics of my setup soon.. I'll show you mine if you show me yours
