who owns this white integra with ES oval in (626) so cal?

i want to know who owns a white DC2 integra. it has a ls/vtec, Es oval muffler, and its lowered. in 626, south california. i want to ask him something about a race he had with a Jetta, so if hes on here and someone knows who he is let me know. thanks alot
