Clearance Problems??

Im thinking about using CTR pistons in place of my ITR pistons, now if the block is milled I think .010 thou, and I will be running Skunk 2 flat top valves and Stage 2 cams will i have piston to valve clearance problems???? Any info would be great thanks!!!!
