Clutch Pedal Question...
K...here's a pic of an integra clutch pedal (2 actually)...
Here's a picture of the clutch pedal I HAVE...
If you notice, there's a 'white thing' and a 'yellow thing' on the clutch pedals in the first picture, but mine has neither. What are those things and do i need them?
PS I have the clutch pedal cuz i'm doing an auto --> manual swap

I think they are clutch pedal sensors to tell when the clutch is pushed in to allow you to start the car. I have my deactivated so I can remote start.
I'm not positive that's exactly what they are but that's my educated guess. I think if you flip through your HELMS manual it should tell you.
if you are doing this conversion without a HELMs.

Those plugs are for your cluch sensor. And no you don't need them. They are used for your safety so you don't accidently start your car in gear without the clutch engaged. Different cars have different sensors but I believe the pedal sensors for honda vehicles only have 1 plug for the sensor. But yeah you don't need the sensor, doesn't really affect anything except for the safety feature that i mentioned.
Cheers

The white plug is the clutch switch (normally closed when clutch is engaged), used to deactivate the cruise control when the pedal is pressed. It's also used to adjust the pedal, and if the car does not have cruise there is just an adjusting bolt there. The yellow plug is the aforementioned clutch interlock switch (normally open when the clutch is engaged) used to only allow the car to start when the clutch is disengaged.
If you decide to not wire in the interlock switch, I strongly suggest getting in the habit of pressing the clutch pedal when you start the car. The engine will start easier and reduce strain on the starter motor and pinion gear.

That would make everything really interesting, wouldn't it? Why does Ben Stein come to mind?
Anyway, since all your questions were answered, I thought I'd comment.
