THAT **** IS ******* UGLY...
horrible job on the masking... and keep the cars in proportion.. thats just to start you off..

Not really sure what you mean by cartoon style-- unless you mean the animated-effect that's been going around the forums with the cars.
Either way, you can't do much to that picture. In all honestly, it's a very very horrible logo. Your title can barely be read, and the car cut-outs are terrible and very cluttered looking. Just a heads up before you spend money making shirts.
Tip for a shirt logo: Simple, not too flashy. And uh.. nice.
