Default Type-S Cams H23 VTEC?

This is not really an H23 VTEC specific question, but it may be going into my H23 VTEC.

I've looked into the specs on some aftermarket cams, and it seems like the Type-S cams are quite a set of cams!

Here's some of the specs I've looked at in lift:

Stock H22 - ~.452"int / .413"exh
H22 Type-S - ~.480"int / .441"exh
Crower Stock - .450"int / .417"exh
Crower Stg1 - .457"int / .426"exh
Crower Stg2-turbo - .465"int / .445"exh
Crower Stg2 strip - .466"int / .465"exh
Crower Stg3 - .472"int / .466"exh

My question is this:

- How much horsepower over stock does a set of Type-S cams give?
- What is the powerband of these cams compared to stock?
- Are they really hard on the rockers, or is that just hearsay? I'd figure they'd be somewhat good w/ the rockers, since they came stock in a motor from Honda.

And, as with any mod, dyno's would be appreciated !
