ill help you out instead of being a ********.

teg = integra
b18b = 140 hp base model non-vtec engine
rs = low-base model, no luxuries but light weight
ls = middle-base model (and most common), fits between the rs and the gs/se
gs/se = high-base model, basically a gsr (leather seats, alloy rims) without the b18c
gsr = next step above the rs/ls/gs/se integras with a b18c engine
b18c = 170 hp vtec engine found in the gsr
b18c5 = 200 hp vtec engine found in the type r
ls/vtec = a b18b block mated with a b18c or b16a civic head (not made by honda)
b20/vtec = a b20b or b20z crv block mated to a b18c or b16a head (also not made by honda)

pretty much any b-series engine can fit into any honda or acura that came stock with a b-series engine. hope this helps you out somewhat

Lol my bad for some reason i saw it as rsx.. Time to get a bigger screen for my laptop

correction on your specs hites...

usdm b18c5= 190hp and the jdm b18c5 is 200hp

ls/b20-vtec are hybrid engines that utilize b18a/b(ls) block or b20b/z(crv) block with a b16, gsr, or type r head

And B-series motors will fit in most Honda/Acura with mount kits even if it doesn't come with a stock B-series engine

Cheers

correction on your specs...

no such thing as a jdm b18c5 200 hp type r engine; its just a b18c without the final number

what the hell was wrong with my ls/vtec and b20/vtec explanations? i didnt include the shittier b18a? or that i didnt specify that the head had to be dohc?

yes a b-series engine will fit into almost any honda vehicle, but you dont have to buy mount kits if you put it into another b-series engine, which would make it virtually a basic bolt-IN.

True the JDM type-r engine is a JDM B18c but my correction was on your horsepower specs. The difference between the USDM and the JDM motors

the b18a/b block have very little differences.. one is not shittier than the other and one doesn't make more displacement than the other. The main difference is the placement of the sensors on the motor.

True if your car came stock with a b-series motor, you can swap a different b-series motor in as a direct drop in with minor modifications with the wiring (ex. obdo-obd1, obd1-0bd2, obd2-obd1)

What i meant to say was that a motor mount kit can be bought if you wanted to drop in a b-series motor into your car if it didn't come stock with a b-series motor. (ex. civics not including SI)
