FS: Stuff off my 99 GSR
The following items are from my 99 GSR that was stolen 3 months ago. The car was recovered stripped, and I think it is time to clean out the garage.
Stock headunit - $40
Stock header and exhaust - $50 for both.
I want to sell the header and exhaust together. The exhaust is in great condition. The header has a dent since the car was lowered 1.7 inches.
Stock tranny - Make me an offer
The tranny has 50k miles on it of easy freeway driving. I don't abuse my cars. There is no grinding or other mechanical problems with it. After a clutch change a pressure plate bolt backed out and chewed a hole through the bell housing. So it needs either a new bell housing or to have the current one repaired. The hole is dime size.
Southern Cali pickups preferable. The radio is the only item I can easily ship. Buyer pays shipping if it is required.

Recovered stripped. I got paid 15.5k for it. It had almost 90k when stolen, so I am not too upset. Most of that went to the bank though

I have the code for the stock head unit. It is the cd/radio that came stock for that year. Single din.
The tranny is the original off my car. My vin is even on it. The only issue with the tranny is that you cannot put it in first gear above 5mph or so. Every honda I have owned has had that problem though.
Just to be clear the tranny is not in driveable condition currently. It will not hold mtf.
I have a friend that was supposed to buy the tranny before that now wants it since I have put it up for sale
I am still taking offers since I don't have too much faith in him. He did tell me of a shop that he found that could bench test the tranny for $75 and possibly repair the bell housing. I think this is a good deal for someone that is willing to find a bell housing a repair it themselves. If the buyer wants the tranny tested/inspected then I can arrange that and just add the cost.
