2nd slipping!!

2nd slipping!!
Yo guys,
What could be the problem if 2nd pops out of gear?? It's in my sister's '98 Civic EX.
I drove it around and it didn't happen. Although it seemed like it wanted to.
Any advice or info would be appreciated.
