Difference between h22a4 base and h22a4 SH head question???

Default Difference between h22a4 base and h22a4 SH head question???

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the h22a4 base and h22a4 Type SH head? Will the SH head work on the on the regular h22a4?

Im looking for a head right now and all i have foudn is the Type SH head.

anyone know if it will actually work? what about a jdm 92-96 fully built head, will that work without problems on the h22a4 block?

the moutning points for the intermediate shaft on the SH are different b/c of the ATTS.... well, actaully, the ATTS unit takes place of the intermediate shaft, but anyways..... so if you are using an SH block but not planning to use ATTS, you will need to fabricate some sort of bracket to accomidate the intermediate shaft. oh, and the oil filter is also located in a different spot too

oh sorry, im using the base model h22a4 block. im looking to see if i can use an A4 type sh head on that that, or if i can use the older 92-96 head
