Default Are these dyno numbers right?.?.?

I have 92 civic cx with ls/vtec
Ecu- P28 with Skunk2 chip
Head setup
GSR Head
Port n Polished
Crower Springs Retainers
Type-R Cams
Aem Cam Gears
Skunk2 Manifold (Ceramic Coated)
Type-R Throttle Body
STR Fuel Rail
310cc injectors
B&M Regulator and Gauge
DC 4-1 Header (Ceramic Coated)

LS Block
Shot Peened LS Rods
Type-R Pistons

One thing before I say numbers, I compressioned tested and it was bad
150, 150, 150, 225, first number is cylinder closest to cam gear so right to left looking at motor, also I still have stock single cam catalytic on car.

I dynoed 175hp and 135torque at about 7500rpm if i change my seized rings, how much power can I expect, and put test pipe what can I expect. Dont reall have anymore money to put better cams in at the momemt. I know test pipe can be made relatively inexpensive and rings and labor will set me back a little. Please tell me what yo guys think.

Yeah, your mods are fairly similar to mine except I have a stock head, and I put down those same numbers. My compression numbers are 240 across the board though. I definitely think that the compression is the problem with your low numbers. What did you use to tune or is it just a baseline? Cause it took quite a bit of A/F tuning to get my Skunk2 P28 to make the most HP.

At one point I was using an emanage but at the time didnt have a fuel pressure regulator. So i was putting so much fuel that I would get a map sensor check engine light. Now i am just running fuel regulator and skunk2 p28
