got a good price for both of them. this setup is going to be used for the street and used at the dragstrip once a month. do both provide the same amount of drop? is the upper pillow mount, teflon coating, more damper settings, and more easy adjustment worth the extra 400 bucks for the flex's?

 

tein.co.jp has all your answers. well what do you think? the ss is 16 way adjustable. do you even need 16 settings? i doubt it. i believe they provide the same amount of adjustable drop. the flex does have stiffer spring rates though, and along with the teflon coating and pillow mount, it might justify the extra 400. i would try to get the ss dampers with stiffer springs.

 

jeremy teins suck. I just looked at the RA's today at shinestreet and the pillow mount is made mostly of plastic. they seize and carode. u dont really need 16 dampenin levels you will only notice a change on teins every 2-3 turns on the dial. you will have trouple useing a road racing susp. for drag racind. i recommend Ground controls with Koni Or tokico. if u realy want quality and performance get Zeals much better quility. Remember ther is a huge market out there for suspension. Dont listen to all these H-T JDM CAUSE ITS JDM **** RIDERS.
