need help now???

i was driving my integra ls and all of a sudden my engine light came on. when i got home i listened to my engine and it sounded like it was fighting to breath. it sounded like a rum..rum..rum..rum. what the hell could be wrong with the dam engine. the only different thing i did was, i added an octane bost could that be it. can some one please help me out asap. thanks

Another thing. Next time you make a post. Try and make the title of your thread, something that is relative to your post. I passed over this a few times because I can't stand when people can't take the time to say what the problem is on the outside, I am not interested in clicking on every thread, I just want to click on the ones I can add advice to or read up for advice.......
