92 Integra LS Head Bolt Torque Specs
Can anyone tell me what the head bolt torque specs are for a 92 Integra LS, B18A1 engine?
And, if you've got it, the cam bearing bolt torque specs and valve adjustment specs would be nice too.

Here's what Helm's says for the cyl head:
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in two steps. In the first step tighten all bolts, in sequence, to 22 lb-ft; in the final step tighten, in the same sequence, to 61 lb-ft.
Torquing Sequence:
8 6 2 4 10
9 3 1 5 7
