Okay guys I barely failed the CO part of the emissions test. I have replaced the spark plugs since then and I didn't have an air filter in the car when I took the test. I have also replaced the air filter since then but should these two things fix the problem or will I need to do more stuff? I was also thinking of replacing the o2 sensor but I really don't know if it is bad. Also I have a VTEC controller but it's not installed because I don't really need it yet, so don't just say to lean out the mixture... ecu and everything is stock also.
