West Coast Honda Challenge...schedule and rules for '04?

For those of you who know me, I may be racing the WCHC for '04. Is there a schedule for the '04 season already out? Where can I get a schedule?

Also, where can I get the '04 rules, if available? What are the biggest rule changes for H1?

The schedule isn't ready afaik. That would be Jerry Ks/Ryan's deal.

We are very, very close on the '04 rules. There are just a few more things that need to be agreed to. They should be wrapped up & posted pretty soon!
