Default Bridgestone Potenza RE950 or Yokohama AVS ES 100

Hello all,

Need new tires for my car and have come down to these two choices. I have a 95 LS sedan. A lot of people on this forum think Yokohama is the way to go but wear out to quickly and sometimes have unbearable tire noise. Not too much info on the Bridgestones...maybe didn't look hard enough.

On the tirerack site.... these tires seem to be very similar... has anyone tried both? either? Just trying to see which would be better for my situation. Not looking for top perfomance.....more for tire wear and the occasional corner hang without feeling like the car is going to spin out.

Thanks
