Default Hooray for Vision!!

So I was bored today at lunch and stumbled upon this lovely little number...

Yup. Full upper a-arm replacements for the DA chassis with adjustable ball joints. w00t.

Vision makes them, available at JDM Honda Parts

Click JDM Parts, then Vision, then Suspension.

Sorry, the menu is really gay and flash-based so i can't link directly.

Check G2IC also if you haven't, there are reviews on there about the vsion arms. They don't really correct camber, they're more for dailing in camber.

most likely skunk2 makes it and it's sold under the vision name

Skunk2 also makes the King Motorsports kit. I believe they hold the patent on that design.

The vision arms were out 3 years before Skunk2 became a real company. The arms are avialable for EF/DA/EG/DC/EK bodies. The Top Fuel kit is better because the ball joint is stationary while the arms themselves are adjusted. I'll try to dig up a pic later today.

Top Fuel? Do you have experience with that... how much more is it? Well I still have my skunk2s in the box so if i'm convinced enough, ill just sell it and invest in a top fuel kit.
Thanks!

Stick with what you have because most Top Fuel parts are cost prohibitive.

Do you mean the whole arm moves in or out? That doesn't sound good, since the problem w/ the adjustable camber bolts is that the whole arm moves and tends to hit that seam up inside the fender well. Since the Skunk2 arms and these Vision arms don't move, they won't hit the seam. I'd like to see pics of the Top Fuel kit, too, cuz maybe I'm not picturing it right.

Japanese IME is need to view this Top Fuel. The entire kit cost $4800 and it replaces all arms and links for the suspension. The A-Arms are almost impossible to buy by themselves but they are supposedly in the upper $800 range. If you have a Civic/CRX #2 Hyper Rev vol.31, you will find the setup on page 141.

The Top Fuel setup has the same adjustment as the Auto Advance setup that cost $480.

J's racing, SS Works, JIC and many more companies make adjustable A-Arms for Honda's.
