Ok, I bought a 93 VTEC prelude awhile ago and my friend has a 94 integra GS-R with intake and exhaust. My car feels WAY faster then his...I dont know if its just the low end torque or what. He thinks we are the same. I think I could beat him good. We are about equal drivers, and are going to race soon. I WILL kick his ***, right?

it can go either way...GSR can beat a prelude and a Prelude can beat a GSR...tell your friend with the integra to take his spare and seat out...and race with a 1/4 tank of gas...now you'll see who would win

damn... its hella biased here! Same goes for the Integra forum. That's why you check the KILL Forum. There's no biased opinions there. It's gonna be a good race. I can honestly say that you have an edge on him. but if you make even the slightest mistake or shift a bit late, the GS-R can take the win easily. You guys'll be right there... I can guess that whoever gets the better launch will win...

I would recommend a quick change of new spark plugs and removal of air filter. Just for the race... Keep your engine cool!

We were thinking SIR, but thats to far away. Maybe just some country road out towards the mountains. My car IS faster. Oh yeah, last night we went to Kirkland and He was in front of me on 405. We were going like 40 or something and he dropped to 2nd, I stayed in third and easily kept up with him. It didn't really count as a race though.

 

I was in kirkland last night too. I have talked to PhatGSR many times. He was thinking of buying my rims off of me...

I drive a white '90 prelude Si, with white 17" ADR Revolution rims. I have a big wrinkle in front driver side fender. Lady backed into my car while I was parked, she left a note and sent me a check, it will be fixed soon. Cool thing about it is, I decided to shave my front emblem - the repair is going to fill the holes in the hood and repaint it. So, I guess it works out...
