i got mine installed 8 months ago so do u think a cleaning is due?

 

yes. Speaking of which, it's been a year and a half for me! Yikes! It's time!

 

about every 50,000 miles, depending on driving conditions...

if you get a lot of rain, pull it off and cleanse it due to puddles splashing mud and crap on it. if you live in New Mexico, don't bother.

i clean mines after 4 oil changes about 3-4 times a year

 

I've only had mine for about 4 months, so I guess I should clean it pretty soon.

 

It's been 13 months since I put my AEM CAI on and I haven't even looked at the filter once, let alone even clean the thing. I need to do that soon.

I clean mine every 7,000 miles, or sooner if needed.

 

I do mine every 3-4 months, I live on a gravel road... =~(

Alot...just break out the air conditioning filter cleaner spray it down and let it dry.
bout once a month.

 

You are re-oiling it too, right?
