Default 94 LS DC2 Type R conversion?

I have a 94 LS DC2, B18B1. I am really leaning toward a Type R engine swap. Good, right?
bad thing is my LS is an automatic. Not good! What sould I do? I love my ride and really want to stick with it. I have big plans for it. My engine has 150,000 miles so i need to get moving on something.

get all the neccessary parts to do the manual conversion and start the new swap. to let you know LS is a DC4 not DC2 which is a GSR
