PLEASE VOTE.. 17inch RIMS, THANKS!
They will be on a Black Honda Civic SI with black, silver, and red interior. Trying to keep a sporty look. Also if you know one of these choices suck or are heavy or have another option etc. let me know. And if you know a good website to shop other then listed let me know. THANKS!
FYI, My favorite on looks is probably the Tenzo Racing Phsyco but definately open to others.

BTW in a previous post I was looking for some good all-seasons for a 16inch rim and seems to be there are none for that size.. rendering my 16 Enkei
s useless for Colorado. So here goes another grand or so.

I can't find all-seasons for the 16inch that fit my Civic SI, but for the 17inch there are a number of options. That was my only reason other then looks in moving to the 17s from my current 16s

Here we go, someone asking about 17's and people telling him to go smaller.
I knew this was going to come up.
17’s are the maximum size you can go on a Civic using the plus-sizing system and they look just fine. My personal preference on a Civic is 16’s or 17’s. Not everybody autocrosses their car, and not everybody is going for an autocross look. Not everybody likes flat black 15” slips! Around here, people who get aftermarket rims that are the same size as their stockers are people who drive stock Grand Ams that don’t want to buy new tires and aren’t looking for a driving performance.
Sorry about the rant.

17's aren't even good for straight line performance on civics. Its not just autoX. Plus imo they really look like ****. Unless the car is slammed it sits up way too high. Looks like a 4x4

Yeah 17's aren't that great for sraight line performance, but how can anyone say they don't help handling? If that statement is true, then why do sports cars come with big wheels and low profile tires? Here's my Si w/ 17's and a slight drop.

, it's not like your going to be racing 24/7.. gotta get some sho for the girlies. Unless you race a lot .. then 17" has my vote

bullshit, why do you think a chrysler crossfire pulls a .87g on a skidpad while the slk320, pretty much the exact same car, pulls a .80g? cuz the crossfire has 18's in the front, and 19's in the back, while the slk320 is rockin 16's all around.
17's will hurt straight line performance, but the smaller, stiffer sidewall helps in the handling department, so all you wannabe autocrossers need to chill with the preaching...unless you're simply speaking in terms of looks, cuz i do agree 16's look better on civics and tegs than 17's.
as far as the rim choices go: the focals look like ***, tenzo-r's bend like a ****, and the verdicts look wack, though another style from konig wouldnt be a bad choice, so i'd go with the enkei rims from what you have listed.

it's probably something to do with JDM!! *rolls his eyes*
I got 17's with 2.5 inch drop and a nice clean kti all around, i think it looks better then if i had 15 inch black rims wiht huge sidewalls and amber coners like everyone else!
