What kind of axles are you 94-97 H22 accord owners using?
Im using the prelude intermediate shaft, w/ prelude axle. and an accord passenger side axle. But the passenger side keeps breaking, or what not.
Didnt have too many problems till recently, just wanna see what everyone else out there is using.
Im thinking it's time to upgrade about now, but wanna see if I can use the prelude passenger side also, if so, I'll probably go with some Enjo stage 2's.
any input is welcome

Is this what most of you are running, the accord int shaft? Im using the accord axles, just cant remember whether or not i switched out the int shaft during the swap, and I may need to replace it. Thanks.

Well, I'm sick of problems with these cheap remanufactured axles, and decided to purchase a set of axles from the driveshaftshop.com
Hope i dont have anymore problems after this, but I'm guessing this is the same as anything else. You get what you pay for, and I'm paying a grip more for these axles over my remanufactured ones.

Yeah, Im sick of them also, kept gettin ones from autozone, the remachined ones, but I think bc of my susp setup, lowered 2.5in, i kept making these axles bind and put pressure on the bearings, even when sitting still. So first thing to do is change the susp setup, probably go with eibach/kyb setup from coximport.com, they've got a good deal runnin for $550 Eibach PK and KYB-AGX. After that I'll probably invest in some gator racing axles from stan, aka Flamenco-T, just to make sure I wont have to deal with this dumb axle problem ever again. For a while there every time I had to put new axles in, they would start clicking when I turned just after about two or three weeks, so aggravating, they wouldn't break, but just click and be weak in turns. Still have yet to get the susp change done. Keep in mind this is for a 90, not 94-97.

thanks man.
Nice! able to withstand 400whp, ill have to check these prices, $700/2, against stan's prices for the gator axles.

im also running accord axles on both sides. both CHEAPA$$ autozone axles. my driverside axles always clicks after a few months. NO BS this is like the 10th axle on my car bout to go to the 11th one, which jes now started clickn.
i guess they say is right. you get wat u pay for!

i don't see why you guys are having so many problems with Accord axles. when you guys complain mention your drop and your driving style. there are many other people using reman axles with little problems. i agree reman axles do have their short comings since all they do is put a larger bearing in, but i bet there is more to the some of these stories than just poor quality.
