205/40/16 tires
k i know 205/45/16 tires are the best to maintain stock diameter but what type of difference will it make if i get 205/40/16? reason i'm asking is b/c i'm looking for wheels w/ tires on it already and that's what it has.
anyone have 205/40/16s? how is it?
will the ride be a lot rougher? will my wheel gap get too big? (i have h&r oe's)?
basically i want to know if i should go for the rims or wait to find one w/ 205/45/16s

Actually 215/40 is closer to stock size but a difficult tire to find. The Kumho 712 comes in that size.
I don't know about ride quality, one would assume it would be harsher but how harsh is subjective. Some would like it some not. It would also depend on the type of tire, a 40 series Azenis would ride harsher than a 40 series AVS Intermediate.
Cheers,
