how much power can the R produce?

Alright, I've looked into haveing a H in a 90-91 crx and wow! way too much stuff going on, so i've considered going with the R. I was curious about building it. Sleeving the block and building the entire motor top and bottom, I know it's going to be expensive but I'd like to know how much whp I could get out of this motor and how high i can redline, also what would be a safe rpm with a blown motor???????

You dont need anything to enjoy the car... improving on the car is one of those things thats hard to get right, but very easy to make it worse.
