Default Motor choices, and confusion...CTR pistons..

This winter, im going to be doing my ANR header, Full 2.5 Exhaust, Skunk2 IM, Ef-1 Valvetrain, Skunk Cams (Stage 1 or 2?), and a mild port and polish job.
Now i want to break 200WHP, but i dont have the money to open the block up yet and rebuild it. If i were to just swap in CTR pistons, what all needs to be done? Because if i keep it stock block, im going to go stage 1 cams, and if i do the CTR's ill goto stage 2...

I just dont know how much its going to cost to do labor, just to change pistons. balancing? honing? ect. ect.

Don't do it unless your doing a complete rebuild. You don't want to reuse old bearings and gaskets unless you want to redo it very shortly. Which is alot of work and more money. I'm not good with price estimates because it depends on who is doing the work and the deals you can get. Save your money untill you can do it right. I know a guy who had his H22 rebuilt by a shop and the charged him over 5K. He dropped off the keys and then picked the keys up. He never touched a thing. I did my B16 with CTR slugs and spent a bit under a grand (parts and machine work on head and block). I assembled the motor myself.
