considering im basically broke right now, i will be getting some kuhmo ecsta MX's i think. i believe they are either 215/35/18 or 225/35/18. the springs i will be getting will be eibach sportlines and the shocks will be kyb agx's. the wheels i dont remember what brand or name they are, i jus took a quick look. i work at a ford dealership(a jobs a job). i think with tire selection, i can basically choose from:
pirelli, kuhmo, bridgestone, firestone, goodyear, yokohama, and some others, i just cant think of the rest.
and and by the way, considering this thread is about 18 inch wheels, i couldnt possibly be thinking of STOCK wheels. thanks for thinking im an idiot tho, always works great to assume something before knowing

fyi.........to my knowledge, kgb agx's are made for stock springs....i believe the warranty on them is void if u use aftermarket springs....im not 100% positive, but im pretty sure
it's void if you lower more than 1.5". they'll handle a lower drop though, it's just insurance against people slamming their rides and blowing them out in a couple months expecting a replacement. they'll be fine with the sportlines.
anything over 2.5" and it would probably be worthwhile to go with some koni yellows instead.

why would u think that people w/ slamm on 18'' will wear out tires fast?
i been on my 18'' tires for months no wear at all......its all about know how to lowering......camber kit...alignment and stuff.......
people who wear tires out in six months or so......they dun align their car

FYI: Firestone offers a lifetime warranty on ALL shocks, regardless of springs, drop, etc, and NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They also carry KYB.

no, they shouldn't rub i have 18x7.5 on a 91 accord wgn. slammed to the floor with eibach acura drop springs the only thing is my headers some time scrape the ground hondas usually tuck
I have 18x7.5" Tenzo's with 225x40 series tires and on turns my rears rub a little. I would role on nothing more than the 215x40's. Don't forget to install your CamberKit for the Front and your SPCPerformance Rear Toe Adjustable Bar.
http://www.spcperformance.com This will allow you to dial in your camber in to a tee and save you the problems of replacing tires every year.

I know someone that has problems with 17's rubbing. But he just put them on and hasnt checke dwhat the problem is. As long as you know what your doing you should be fine. I had someone put 18's on my 95 accord and there was about 2.5 3 inch clearance (obviously my car isnt lowered yet) I cant see a prob.
