The title makes this easy. I am looking into buying one and want to know some pros and cons about them, probly going for an early 90's model. I know with most honda just a little after 100-120k is when you start replacing a lot of minor things, starter, radiator, tune up, alternator....etc....how bad or good are NSX's in the early 90's?
They're very good. Replacing the items you mentioned is not common at all, even at high mileage.
Have you checked out the NSX FAQ (answers to Frequently Asked Questions) yet?

Most of the time mileage is not an issue since they arent very practical. You can get a low mileage early 90's NSX for around 20-25K.

That statement doesn't make any sense at all. I'm not even sure what you mean, but whatever you mean, I'm quite certain it isn't true.

That's not true, either. A low mileage early NSX in great condition typically costs in the low thirties. Any NSX you find for $20-25K is likely to have extremely high mileage, a salvage title, and/or other serious issues.
