Default i know its not an SI! but is it an HF or a DX?

I own an 87 crx with a carburated engine i just dont know if its an HF or a DX. How can you tell?

Run the VIN number through CARFAX.

the problem is that the car is parked in denton(8 hrs away) and im in laredo and i lost the title to the car. so i dont have the vin #.

Not sure if its the same for the 1g's, but on the 88-91's you can tell by the steering wheel.

The Si's and Dx's have 3 spokes, the Hf's have only 2.

if it has no badging its a dx
if the rear drums have cooling fins its an hf
