Default need a suspension opinion fast

I have koni yellows and GC.
I have an offer to buy these H&R coils for a good deal.

my setup is primarily for track racing I drive on the street but don't care about ride quality whatsoever. just want the best setup for the track. any opinions or info are appreciated

Well I would say that the H&R setup is better because it's a true coilover, but I don't have any personal experience with it. Just so you know, you can contact GC and have them give you a more aggressive setup that would be better for the track. Plus you can get specific spring rates with GC, and I don't think H&R gives you that option.

no they dont and actually Im having a hard time finding out the spring rates for the H&R coils. everyone keeps telling me about the drop. I could give a crap about the drop

LOL, I tried to get the spring rates for the H&R sports springs, and they just gave me some BS answer, beating around the bush. For some reason they are very hush hush.

the spring rates are 450F 285R
