it has to be complete and no cuts..

I seriously doubt you will find that harness for 100. They go for 150-200$ uncut. You might want to raise the price you want to pay.

i got one on ebay right now with two small plugs cut , but u can use your existing harness to replace the plugs, cheap too bidding is at 55 bucks right now and only 15 shipping just search d16y8 civic harness
