Default Road racing engine 85MM AEBS B18C1 build up QUSTIONS & FACTS

I am building a B18C1 AEBS sleeved 85mm , Wiseco pistons ,, with B16a head (p&p). Skunk2 stage II cams , str70mm T/B , JG Edlebrock intake manifold , DC JDM 4-1 header , test pipe , fusjitubo exhaust line , Mugen ECU , VAFC.
Now I would like to know : what FP should I run , what ignition timing , and how much should I retard / advance the inatke and exhaust cams. I am running 94 octane (PON) feul. I am looking to run a CR of 12.5:1 (For that I need a headgasket of 0.045 inch)
I would like to know what power I can expect from this set up , will it last a full race season ? What would be the HP difference when I run CR 11.5 / 12.5 / 13.5

I am living in Europe and not too many people have experianc on modified B-series engines. I am going to the dyno within a few months after installing all the bits , but I want to be prepared well.
Thanks for the reply

Douglas
