Default H22A TypeS Type S, Red Top CARB Legal

Has anyone ever tried or attempted to California Ref a H22A Type S Motor in a Civic before?

I wanted to know if it's possible to pass with the Type S Motor, using the USDM P13 ECU and hiding a V-AFC.

I think you can make it smog legal, as long as you have all the USDM emissions parts on the motor. I'd say remove the VAFC when you go. But goodluck
