those three wires hook up to a sensor(im pretty sure its the Throttle Position Sensor) and the other is a vacum line to the intake manifold

All I can think of is a gear kickdown switch for an automatic tranny.

Where'd it come from?

i thought the map sensor was something else....I disconnected this piece from wires spliced off the Throttle Position Plug

its a gm map sensor and u prolly disconnected it from the stock map sensor wires unless the person who originally wired it up was an idiot and wired it into the tps

Splice the three wires into the existing wiring loom so that you can swap between the MAP sensors if necessary, or revert back to the stock MAP sensor. Make sure that only one MAP sensor is connector at a time. These colours are for early model Hondas

Wire Sensor Code Wire Color

GND A Green/White

MAP signal B White

5V C Yellow/Red

Do you have a computer on your vehicle? If you do you may have to re-scale it for this sensor. Also you should really find out by part number if it is a 3 bar, 2 bar or 1 bar map sensor.
