Hello, I am putting together a brake kit for my 99 GSR and need to know the master cylinders output pressure in order to apropriately match my caliper, also if anyone knows the thickness of the stock rotors that will be a great help.(will be using X drilled replacements)

Its a very odd question I know. If I can figure it out I hope to be able to produce a very nice modest budget brake kit.

 

Output pressure isn't constant, so you can't look it up somewhere. It depends on how hard you're pushing on the pedal. It's more common to specify the MC diameter. But even that isn't complete because it also depends on the force added by the vacuum booster.

 

I should of been more specific and asked for the MAX output pressure. I dont know if I mentioned this before but I am trying to match calipers to the stock master cylinder.
