Default IM gasket that makes HP?

I heard some IM gasket can make HP because there thicker than OEM? Is this true ill be installing a JRSC so i figured i would do this while im at it. what do you think? I think it was the hondata one any one know whats the best?

Phenolic spacers like the one hondata makes isolate the heat from the head, keeping the IM cooler, increasing the amount and density of incoming air. since you are using a blower, i would consider an aftercooler as well, since your air is compressed and heated up by the compressor itself.
do a search for phenolic to get more info
