All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

Default Ls set up.

I have a 96 ls motor and i have basic crap right now Exhaust,clutch master,intake. I was wanting to know what's a good set up for a little power for daily driving. What do you guys think?

If you got the money put a vtec head on it. If you don't and a little power is what you want, a healthy shot of giggle gas always helps.

Crower makes good cams for your motor, and some b16 pistons would be good. Crowers make power to 8000 so you may want to get some arp rod bolts, and a block girdle.

Upgrade your valve train, valves, and get some skunk 2 stage 2 cams, ctr pistons, and resleeve your block. But make sure u upgrade your valve train because LS motors have weak springs. IF u wanna go all out then get some vtec killers. But I doubt if it can be daily driven.

are you talking about LS/VTEC? i dont get the ls motors have weak valve springs part, then to say to get skunk2 stage 2's or vtec killers??

Majority if not all of your information is incorrect. It'd be better to study up before giving out false opinion and no facts what so ever.
