Okay, very sorry that I am messing with your post but something is wrong there.

letme add a 'lil light - the bars he is selling are the 1st generation bars that mount to the strut bolts & the chassis
generation 2 bars bolt to just the strut bolts - mugen changed the design to simplify installation for all 92-95 civics , all 96-00 civics & all 94+integras (including 4 door DB8 - which i use to own with GEN 1 bars installed). They did NOT change the design because the 2nd gen was/is better than the first
for the rear gen1 bar to get it to mount to the chassis was difficult in my db8 - it would have required drilling in the chassis through the wheel well.
the gen1 bar will fit 92-95 civics, 96-00 civics & 94+ integras - it might be difficult to mount the rear bar to the chassis in some applications - which is OKAY, if you mount it to just the strut bar bolts (mugen did away with the chassis mounting points with the gen2 bar anyways)
mugen bars typically go for over $200 USED - the gen1 bars becoming rarer - what the seller is asking is NOT unreasonable. got a problem with it go here http://www.ebay.com & get a mugen "style" bar
BUMP for some hella nice (& rare) strut bars
edit the rear bar in the pic is actually on upside down
- those horizontal holes in the bar should be on the bottom of the bar - thats where you would drill holes into the chassis - through to the wheel wells
