Default B20 swap questions

Looking like i'm finally going to go threw on this b20.
I'm curious on a couple things.

1. Whats mounts will I need?
2. What ECU should I use, LS?
3. How can I make is possible to use my current DX ECU
4. Will i need a new intermediate shaft, if so which one?

I hope these are the last of my questions. Im just trying to figure out exactly what i need, so i can add it to the list.

Put it this way. The B20B/Z longblock IS a B18A/B LS motor but bored out to 2.0L with 84m pistons. They both have the same rods, crank, etc. Oil pump is GSR/ITR but everything else internal wise is the same as LS (you use the LS main, trust, and rod bearings, if you use the B20/LS crank - also samething). You can swap the manifolds, distributor, sensors, etc, from your LS motor to the B20 2.0L block and drop it back in w/out any problems.... we've done that a couple of times for customers who wanted a newer, bigger B20 motor in their Integra LS cars.

With that in mind.....

1) Use the stock existing ones and pull the timing belt side bracket off of the LS and use that as well.
2) Use the LS ECU that is in your car.
3) Yes, the DX ECU will work but the fuel maps are designed for a SOHC motor, not a DOHC motor and is not recommended.
4) Use your existing intermediate shaft, clutch, tranny, axles, etc. Again, same physical size motor.... see above.

I am doing the exact same thing as you... I have a d16y7 motor as well.....

You will need the following:

1.ECU-p75(LS) or a chipped p06 92-95 if you want to go obd1(that is my plan).

2.Mounts: You will need..... 99-00 SI rear bracket. b-series driver side bridge mount. (alot of people say alot of things...there are 2 sides to both, but I know from my friends swap, that is all you need).

3. B-series Axles.

4.Tranny- find some sort of b-series tranny that you will like to use... and bolt it up. Since the b20b/z is automatic...and most likely 4wd.

..... and if i forgot something please IM me... hope that helps.

It's hard to say exactly what parts you should get without knowing what year and model car you are working with. For all we know it could be a 1982 Yugo.

You will need a 94+ Integra 5 spd intermediate shaft. I have the intermediate shaft and shift linkage you will need to complete your b20 swap. Check my signiture below for details, you can save on shipping by purchasing both items.

Ok bro i just got finished dropping a jspec b20b in my del sol. here is what you will need:
1.Mounts ...hasport makes some sweet *** ones
2.axles... LS, SI, del sol vtec... basically any b series
3.intake manifold... you wont be able to close your hood with the stock b20 manifold...the is sits up like 6 inches... get an LS manifold
4.tranny... any b-series
5.ECU and wiring harness- LS... i have an LS wiring harness i will sell you for $75
6.jock strap... with the b20's torque prepare to have your ***** slammed into your throat

any questions or if you want that harness... email me
