ITR passenger air bag tray...
i just bout the air bag tray that replaces the passenger side air bag...and i was wondering if any of you guys knew how to take out the air bag carefully...dont' wanna have it pop right in my face...:

did you guys disconnect the battery first..just incase so the air bag can't be activated...i should invest in the helm's manual...don't got one so i'm doing this out of common sense lol...
its simple, take out the glove box and just unscrew everything u see holding down the air bag
you really don't need any how-to's for it, once you get down there you'll see it.
What i suggest is pushing the passenger seat all teh way back and sitting on it upside down to get a good view, lol

thanks Bolivianstrtwpn...for all the info i needed..i was just scared that the air bag will pop in my face..but about to install it right now...should give it a nice little touch to the interior...will post pics when i'm done...btw inJDMtegra...i got it from a homie for free...so what the heck i'll put it in...he got it from honda a long time ago and never used it..it was just collecting dust in his room..so i just asked if i could have it..hahah also any one lookin for a passenger side air bag hahah for sale...
if you take out the air bag doesn't the SRS light come on? i was going to buy one too but the option to do was to pull out the srs light behind the cluster. but to take it out, just take out the glove box and look for the screws that hold the airbag and you should be set. but i would recommending unplugging the battery.
the project was completed successfully...didn't pull out the battery but everything went just fine...yah the srs light did come on but doesn't really bug me...will post up pics as soon as i can...thanks for you guys help

You are in socal right??? Might need to pull the fuze to make the light go... Also for smog I think they will catch it when connecting to the cars ecu...
