Procedure for buying a ITR in Canada...?

Does anyone know how much it would cost to buy a Canadian ITR and bring it back to the US? and does it come loaded with AC and CD Player and Etc...or is it extra?

cd standard, AC option. MSRP $31,500 plus $1,800 for AC.

those prices are CDN, but do a search, there's a few topics of this nature that have been here the last month or so...

What about taxes? will there be importing taxes or anything like that?
