Look at the subject of the thread. He wants a quiet cat-back.

When you heard the EVO and the G-Power, are you sure the engine was turned on? The only time those exhausts are quiet is at idle or with the engine off. I haven't heard the Comptech so I don't have anything to say about it.

I agree with bommiE, the Apexi WS rules for looks and sound, if you want a performance exhaust without it being too obvious.

apexi WS is very quiet and i am so happy with it. can still set off alarms(in parking garages). but its low frequency its not as anoying to the human ear.

this is proably the cheapest. the comptech might be good to look into as well as the mugen twin loop????? i dunno just listen up around the neighbor hood.

yes the A'PEXi WS is the quietest aftermarket exhaust you will ever get.

i recommend the greddy sp, it's quiet until you really get on it... and then its only a medium loud (if there is such a thing)

RS*R is now making exhausts for Skunk2, although it is more of an N1 style. You can see pics at http://www.inlinefour.com If you're considering the Comptech cat-back, you can hear a sound clip at http://www.grassrootsmotorsports.com under the Project Si.

i have to agree that rsr is hella quiet...nice tone, unlike those loud annoying free flowing exhaust(ex. thermal, ultraflow, etc..)

i've had mine for years now, still in good condition....
