Default integra to civic throttle body compatability N' other stuff HELP pls?

Hey, I know what you guys are thinking...not another newb asking about mpfi...but trust me, I'm no newb....I've worked with honda motors for a while know. I know where every last bolt and nut goes even though that won't help my problem here. I did the si swap in my dx....basically just the mpfi swap. I used to have a code 4 and a code 20....but I got those codes squared away...now I have a different problem. My car turns over just fine, I also checked each spark plug in each cylinder...they are just soaked with gas....so then you would think "there's no spark right?" but wrong....each spark plug sparks just fine. so why won't my car start? I can just smell alot of fuel when I have the hood open. The only thing I can think of is this: When I put in the motor from the bottom, I damaged the TPS...it actually broke off. Since this is the sensor that tells your computer and your injectors how much fuel to inject, could this be my problem? Could my car just be completely flooded too much to start? Like i said, it turns over, there's fuel present, and there's plenty of spark...why won't it start? So instead of trying to take off the TPS and put on a new one, I picked up a 90-93 integra throttle body for $20 dollars with a good TPS sensor. From the looks of it, it will swap over just fine. So will the integra throttle body bolt on fine? All the hoses appear to be the same and the TPS had the same color wires going to it and in the same order as well. Also, what kind of gains will I see if I bolt on the Teg Throttle body and port match the intake manifold? One last question...If my car is flooded, how do I get all of that unburnt fuel out of my cylinders?
Just to add...I didn't mess with the timing at all...I didn't remove the distributor or the head at all....I didn't even replace the timing belt...(even though I know I should of!, but I just needed a good running motor to go in right away.)
Thanks for the help in advance.

the integra throttle body wont bolt up unless your running a Y8 intake manifold. make sure you have the firing order right and the crank angle sensor is hooked up right.

Broken TPS = Big problems... definately get that replaced first. No, the teg throtle body won't fit, unless the IM is from a D16Y8 or a D16Z6, but the TPS will swap over. what looks like rivets holding it on are accually screws. Just grind a notch into the head with a dremel or file and remove them with a screwdriver.
