Default best way to work on RT?

Ok i went to the track the other night and had some BAD reaction times. What do you guys do to get better at it? Anywhere i should start?

play drag racing video games.(nitto)
develop a rhythm with the yellows.
watch in car drag runs.

its all about your reflexes.

I bought a practice tree and it helped me alot. I was cutting .600+ and now my last 14 runs have been .508 best and .587 worst. You can find them at Summit or Jegs.
