Default Need Headers

I need headers for a 98 Civic EX. If anyone has any for sale or knows a good site with cheap prices, let me know.

where you gonna put the other one when you get it?

hondas only take one. what you do with the other is up to you.
there are group buys here all the time. importparts takes care of ht members.
make sure you only order 1. if you order headders, you are wasting your money.

sorry had to go there.

so if the header comes in 2 pieces. then you hold them up and say "these are my header", will it make sense?

dont say sorry if you had to go there..

btw: you ever tried the classified sections?

one pet peeve of mine would be spelling, you keep correcting him about saying headers, and you're the one spelling it wrong. There's only one "d" in headers buddy. But I agree with ya, I hope he doesn't order two.

Alright, flaming because he said motor is just wrong. You will find that probably 60-70% of H-T people call them motors. Its the same thing. How about you welcome this newbie and actually answer his question so he might decide to actually come back.

Aight, sorry man. You will find that the header is much different than say an intake. Most cold air intakes are relatively the same, and will not yield a huge difference in gains between companies, AKA you pay for the name. Your header on the other hand, you get what you pay for. I run the Comptech SS header, they have done EXTENSIVE reasearch and design. Ive seen good gains with DC Sports parts, but their welding is gross. The more you pay, the more you get. I would look into Mugen, Comptech, and DC Sports, their prices aren't bad for what you get. Now, your choice comes that you have to choose between 4-2-1 and 4-1. Always get a 1 piece header too. 4-2-1 yields better low end and mid range power while 4-1 is all race profile and high end only for the most part. The rest of the choice is yours. Hope this helps!

I recommend Landspeed Powercore header for price/power. It's a keeper.

Its a local shop that does custom header exhaust manifolds.
I think they specialize on B series but since its all custom they can do SOHCs.
