suspension set up?

Default suspension set up?

i am running gc coils on stock shocks right now, not low enough for me. my question is what shocks and coilovers should i run to have a decent ride and be slammed to the ground?

the guy that owned the car before me was a dumb *** and i hate him, anyways i think he might of put them on backwards or jacked something up somehow because they are lowered all the way and i still have gap

That doesn't sound right. If you need to get new coilovers you might as well go for Tein SS.

thanks for all the help. i think what happened with the ground controls is the guy that put them on( the owner before me) put them on backwards, meaning back on front and front on back. we accidently did this on my buddies accord and it did that where it barely dropped it, like mine. so maybe i should just spend some time one day and put them on the right way
